Josh and his crew were amazing. They got here at 7 and had old roofing cleared by 8. Put an amazing roof and cleaned as the went. After they completed they continued to clean and pick up everything. Our deck and area around the house was cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a new quality roof.
I noticed water damage in my home and called Josh, he came out the next day and gave an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a very competitive price. His crew was out in under a week. Fixed all the water damage and got the roof done the same day and it looks absolutely stunning and has completely upgraded the look of my home. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Very solid and polite guy. Great prices and amazing work.
10/10 recommend Carter Home Services! We had four different local roofers come out, and Josh was the best. Extremely knowledgeable, transparent, professional, and provided us with a timely quote on our options. Roof install went great! The crew was courteous and kept a clean worksite. They checked in during the install process to provide us with progress updates. Will definitely use them in the future if any other roofing needs arise.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, Lenny worked with me the whole way through. I never had to deal with a robot or automated system every time I called, he picked up and was completely transparent about everything. Highly recommend Josh Carter/Carter Home Services for all your roofing needs. We had storm damage and needed a new roof on a rental house. Josh promptly gave us an estimate and got us scheduled quickly. Work was completed in 2 days. His crew did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
