Carter has always done a good job for us but our AC has been out and he came and looked at it and said we needed a new downstairs AC and would be back in a week to fix it. However, he never came back. My husband and I have called him numerous times and he won’t return our calls. We don’t understand what has happened and we have been without AC for over 3 weeks.
