Went for preventative testing. In my late 60s, results show no hearing aids needed yet. Saw Mark Carter just before his retirement. Will dearly miss him as he does exceptional job testing & full of great information related to hearing loss. Highly recommend Carter Hearing, as they helped with my husband’s hearing loss & tinnitus
Mark was very patient with my 90 year old mom. Gave us options to help her with attention and getting her attention before talking to her. Also told us to talk slowly so her mind can keep up with the conversation. Never thought something this simple would help with hearing. Great suggestions! Thanks Mark!

I went hoping to learn more about the ringing in my ear and got much more ,a free hearing assessment ,and a lead to a specialist that specializes in tinnitus.very informative as she let me ask as many questions as I wish. And didn't get the high pressure sales pitch. All around a good experience. Thanks you Carter hearing center.
