The experience was not so great. There's no feedback regarding your request. If they get the feedback they sit on it and not call you. It seems staff are not knowledgeable about certain issues, you have to constantly explain yourself in Chilliwack and you have to follow up with them , else you will not get any answers.
As a person who has grown up with hearing aids, for over 46 years now, Carter Hearing has been a fabulous group to work with! They truly stand behind their products, making things right if yhete are any problems. They have approached me more than once making sure all was well, and mafe adjustments when needed. From the moment you walk through their door to the time you leave, they treat you well. Russ Adrian
