I’m an older woman and I had a wonderful experience at this hearing clinic. All of the staff were extremely kind, patient, and respectful with me from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable.
Where do I even start....I waited for a quote to find out a price of 1 hearing aid which didn't get no email about it. They said would take 2 weeks for my 1 hearing aid to come back and I waited longer than 2 weeks. Decided to give them a call to find out they had for a couple days already with no call to let me know it's in. Then I call them on my days off work to see if it's ready for them to say its ready. I have tinnitus, and so I went in for a hearing evaluation. The process was very easy. The staff was friendly and guided me through the process. Very professional.
As a person who has grown up with hearing aids, for over 46 years now, Carter Hearing has been a fabulous group to work with! They truly stand behind their products, making things right if yhete are any problems. They have approached me more than once making sure all was well, and mafe adjustments when needed.
