I have a complaint concerning the care I am receiving for my CPAP Machine. If I had only been with Carter Healthcare for a short time, I would be long gone. I have been a Carter Healthcare patient for 24 years and I feel like I am being run off. If this is the case, just let me know and I will gladly move on. My CPAP broke down again. Carter Healthcare in Abilene, TX is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone and we just switched healthcare agencies. My mom, Billie was one of your patients. They were suppose to come by once a week. Everything was find until the first nurse quit. My mom adored Monica. Then it was a different nurse, different day, different time.....every week. Then we got Jennifer. She should not be allowed in people's homes. She not only lied about doing visits - and the log was not signed (I have copies) but she also belittled ... read more
