Fantastic experience!!! They got me in same day for an emergency and everyone was so nice and understanding.
I went in to have a crown done on August 19 and I still cannot open my mouth wide enough to eat or brush my teeth. Dr Carter was on maternity leave so she had fill in dentist. A Dr Shaw prepped my tooth & put on a temporary crown. I came out in pain and I am still having pain. Dr Csrter wants me to see an oral surgeon. Dr Jenna Baugh was there the day my crown came in and she seen i was in pain & set the crown; she had to take it out 3 times to work on it because it didn't fit properly. Doctor Emily is everything you would want. Very kind. The is young and eager to learn from her. Helped me with what was best for me. Easy to talk to. If you want to feel human again with great work come here
After contacting them, I got a text message with greetings and that they said "How can we help you?" And I texted back "I need to make an appointment " ... then immediately I got a call from them!!! Obviously they knew the purpose was "to make appointment ". The moment I started speaking to the lady, she said they don't make appointments for new patients!!! Finally found a good family friendly dentist where everyone treats you so good. Dr Emily is very sweet and down to earth. The dental hygienist my children have each time is wonderful. My son gets very scared and nervous. He would never let anyone clean his teeth until we started going here.
