Absolutely LOVE the doctor but the lady at the front desk is RUDE! I take care of my mom full time which includes filling out all paperwork due to her failing eyesight. She REFUSED to let me help my mother. This is our LAST visit.
This is one of the best eye Centers I’ve ever been to. Never had any issues with them. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the care and treatment they provide. Hats off to doc Taylor for his professionalism and in depth understanding and knowledge of eye care, the staff is also very kind and considerate. I give them more stars if they were available.
Worst place ever! Told me my daughter couldn't read and needed to be bought books for Christmas!!!!! Also my kids had several insurances and they acted like they had no idea how to load them. These ppl are the most rudest unprofessional human beings I've ever seen in my life!!! I'll NEVER return.
Absolutely the BEST prescription that I have gotten in YEARS! The staff is thorough to a fault and, with my new glasses, I can see so much better that it has improved my daily life.
We were a little late to the appointment and the The receptionist was very rude and had a very nasty attitude and raising her tone about the situation and saying however they can not do the appointment anymore but we were the only ones there. Horrible service and smell in the office.
