When I had surges in my electic outlets i called Carter Electric. They had Charles come by the same day and found out my electrical box was at fault (30 plus years old). He called the office because it was humming and the next day they replaced the box. No problem since. Charles and his helper were very professional, told me everything they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. Great job from Carter Electric 5 star rating.
I had an appointment set a week and a half to two weeks ago. The office person called 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment time letting me know the electrician was sick. She went on to tell me it would be more than a month until they could come again. While I can certainly empathize with someone being sick and needing to reschedule, I can’t comprehend why it would take another month to come and fix an outlet. 👎🏻
Steve from Carter Electric came to my house to find out why my electric range did not work right. Found 2 wires crossed from previous homeowner. I can now cook and bake. Fast, great customer service from the office staff to the electrician. Very reasonable prices. Look forward to calling them again if and when I need service. Highly recommend...
