Dr. Carter and Linnea Baker NP are very knowledgeable! They made sure all of my problems were addressed during the time of my visit and they also took my previous medical history into consideration as well when prescribing my medications. All the staff are so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Carter Dermatology to any of my family and friends!!
I saw Dr.Carter for some spots on my face that I was unhappy with. The Dr and his PA, Jetta, were very informative about how my appointment would go, how my healing would progress and what may or may not happen in the future. They were intentional to make sure that I was comfortable for the entirety of the visit. I had several spots removed, including one biopsy, all in the same day with no scarring and minimal discomfort. I had such a positive experience at Carter Dermatology. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to make sure I fully understood. You can tell they truly care about their patients. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurse to checkout, was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great care!
The first and second visits we were impressed with the doctor and staff. The third visit was nothing like the first two. My husband went in to have stitches removed, he felt lightheaded, the nurse didn’t stop to see if he was ok, all she said was I just have a few more then you’ll be done. After she finished she left the room not saying anything to my husband. I asked the MA if I could get a cool rag or something for him.
