Dr. Carter has been our family physician for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and proactive in her treatment. She is a wonderful physician and we are blessed to have her as our doctor. Her bedside manner is kind and caring. Her Nurse is wonderful and the front office is friendly and efficient.
I had smart lipo with DR. Carter. The procedure took two days. The results left me with FIFTEEN INCISION SCARS. Dr. Carter told me there only be TWO incision scars at the bottom of my abdomen during the consultation. Dr. Carter was very distracted during the procedure. She received several phone calls from her son regarding his wedding. After the procedure I was told to contact her in a MONTH. There was little to no post op instructions. Her nurses are nice and professional.
