Read the yelp reviews before going to this place. They are dishonest, judgemental, and hateful. Not only did i trust them with my dogs, i had referred clients to them. Any time you point out a mistake or miscommunication, they will play "CYA". Becky is the main problem with that establishment, she even blamed her mistake on my 3 year old (who was being a toddler, go figure). Tried to get an appointment more than once they just call and cancel the day before. Horrible customer service.
Brought my dobie in for his routine cytopoint injection for his allergies. Only problem is his ears are still affected even with the shot. (Super dry, leather ear, smelly, and bleeding) Dr. Carter came in and took one look at him and put him on zenrelia instead. Oral allergy medicine. The nurse recommended adding supplements to his homemade dog food as well. After 3 weeks of being on this medication and supplements, my dobie is FINALLY feeling and looking himself again. So far, good experience. Prices are still a little high to me but lower that other places. Did have a tech have trouble giving my dogs their shots. Kept poking him and her. Stressed them out. Had to tell her to let someone else do it. Other than that so far good.
