We recently had a deck and patio built by Carter Custom Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was reliable and easy to work with from start to finish. They understood our vision, communicated clearly throughout the process, stayed on schedule, and delivered high-quality work. The final product looks fantastic and has really transformed our outdoor space. Carter Custom Construction has our highest recommendation and we would definitely use them again for future projects!
Jon and Jeremy were fantastic to work with. Easy to communicate with and they completed all maintenance/repairs on our fireplace quickly. We had been told our older gas fireplace needed to be replaced for thousands of dollars - Jeremy had it repaired within an hour for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Carter Custom was great to work with. They finished my basement a few years ago go and just redid our deck which turned out great. They were super easy to work with, always on time and very professional. From Benny, Jon and the rest of the crew I highly recommend Carter Custom Construction for your construction projects.
Terrible communication throughout and the job took three times longer than they said because they didn't actually measure and so didn't order enough materials. When I brought up this issue, instead of helping to find solutions or owning their mistake, they yelled at me on the phone for 30 minutes. They eventually finished the job, but the experience was a nightmare. Quality is fine, which is why I gave two stars. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Run away from this company.
