I was there getting a copy of my birth certificate. It was very welcoming and a relaxed environment. Everyone was very helpful and didn't take too long maybe 20 min in and out.
I'm so very thankful for the services there as I don't have health insurance. They have always been really nice to me and they listen.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR DENTIST.. other staff in front was very polite though. If you can get into it I’d recommend the keystone dental ,even over this, in Johnson city or the church hill health department
