Steer clear of this company. They make promises they can't n won't keep. Their work on a new build looks good from 10 foot away, up close it is bad. They use contractors that don't know what their doing. Plumber (Mr Rooter) left a gas leak on my kitchen stove connection, could have blown the house up. Damaged my stove trying to fix the gas leak. They destroyed my floor dragging a $3000 stove across it. Screwed up bathroom fixtures. Electrician (Gulf Coast) mislabeled breakers, could have killed someone trying to change out t... read more
Carter and Company are professional in every way, from the estimate to completion of the project. We had the primary bathroom and our kitchen living area totally updated. They are timely and let you know if any problems arise in the process. We are extremely happy with the outcome and have had many wonderful comments to the completed project. Thank you.
