One of the rudest drs I’ve ever dealt with. My daughter was having problems after a vaginal delivery and she was on call. My daughter might have a bacterial infection and all she was worried about was it was 2 am in the morning. All I’ve to say is this is her job and obviously she’s a miserable person. I suggest not going to her especially if you’re pregnant. In healthcare, you’ve to have empathy which she doesn’t.
Dr Carter has always been very kind and a sweet Doctoer to be around. I feel like if you have a chance to meet her you will feel the same way as myself.
Not exactly the best exsperince. Definitely wouldn't recommend this specific dr. She refuses to fix a tear that's causing me sever pain, told me it's considered cosmetic. Needles to say it will never look the same, and the healing process is worse then it needs to be. I never really felt heard the whole journey of my pregnancy, and she honestly didn't seem the slightest bit interested in being my Dr. As a first time mom, I was not treated with grace. I felt like a piece of paper being turned over on desk.
Dr. Carter and her staff(especially Robin) are truly incredible. Anything that has to do with doctors appointments and medical needs are already stressful enough to deal with and most of the time, it seems as if people are working against you. This is the first office I’ve ever been to where I feel like I’m heard, seen, and just treated kindly by everyone. I live almost an hour away and chose to go here over anywhere else because of the customer service I’ve received from everyone there. Thank you!!
