I came today to the dealership cause my TC light was on I was trying to explained what was wrong on my Cadillac XT4 2022,Instead got yelled by one of consultant,it was very unprofessional and very Rude.Her name is Monique. The GM should give them more training on how to be Professional handling Customers.
