Carter Cadillac provided a great experience as I was purchasing my Cadillac XT5. Saad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided a positive experience on my test drive and while delivering my vehicle. Chelsey also explained warranty knowledge and answered all of my questions. The building is comfortable and clean. Carter Cadillac provides an excellent experience when purchasing a new vehicle
They didn’t do what they said they would do, low integrity.
Service was great!
