I am so disappointed. I purchased a lovely raincoat on sale and was treated very respectfully by Ann at the ***** *****store. I also purchased a lovely blue blouse which I was contemplating wearing to my mother's memorial service, which I told the other salesperson about at the time I purchased it. The blouse did not work, so I went back to return it. I was told that no returns were allowed! I was NEVER told this when I purchased it, NOR was it written on the receipt.
