I usually only go through the drive thru and I'm always greeted and treated absolutely great, a few days ago I had to go inside for what I needed to get done and I was overwhelmed and very much overstimulated and I just wanted to thank them for getting everything done for me in my moment of distress Thank you all so much

Worst experience with a bank I’ve had. They closed my account without notifying me. Just said they closed it because there weren’t any transactions for the past year. Horrible customer service if you ask me. They seriously need to up their customer service game.
The staff is always helpful and friendly.
