Have been happy for 20 years ! Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. Carter has hometown feeling they don't treat you like a number.
I have never experienced anything but kindness and pure professionalism at this bank. The service feels personalized, which is such a rare find in today's world. I must say that in reading another review, I was very disappointed. The appearance of one person has nothing to do with service received. Sounds like that person had a personal vendetta to me! You're rating a business, not judging a beauty pageant.
This is the last of the true customer oriented banks left in the Commonwealth. I have had world class service from world class staff. From the tellers to the manager to the CSR's. I can't say enough good things about this institution or this branch in particular....
I have hated this bank since 2004 because of their unprofessional customer service & rudeness. Check out other sites of how how rude this bank is. I refuse to go there. The manager is a ugly dressed, fat, nasty, big bee hive 60's styled hair with very thick black eye liner, horrible foundation. She needs a lesson in makeup application.
