Bought my car here and have been bringing it in for oil changes. The employees are nice and helpful. The last oil change they told me my car needed $1400 worth of work. I took it to my local independent volkswagen specialist and he said 1 of the 3 things was necessary to fix and the other issues were completely fine. I paid him $170. Without knowing where I bought my car he asked "Did you take your car to Carter?" He unfortunately said this is common. My advice, get a second opinion about the work thet say your car needs.
Service to my Subaru was done really fast and the attention was excellent.
Ordered a part the shop didn't feel like installing, but instead of owning up to it, they quoted 4x the cost of the part for the install.
