She was very nice, but she talked about her other patients a lot. Never mentioned them by name but I still felt very uncomfortable. I thought the confidentially agreement meant she shouldn't talk about other patients at all. When she responded to things I would say, her stories usually didn't come back to relate to me. On maybe my 4th or 5th visit she overcharged my card $300 instead of $30. My account dropped into the negatives and she couldn't get the money refunded until a week later.
