Carter is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. First he goes out of town while we are waiting for them to give us insurance. Then he won't cancel our policy or give us a refund. Tried to scam us $1200 for paperwork that he already had. He's a little weasel. He makes state farm look horrible. Don't ever go to that location!
