The sale process proved amazingly complicated, but went well. A last-minute surprise was managed with aplomb. In a word: professional.

Absolutely terrible, we're trying to buy a property through them and they have done absolutely nothing. No response to calls, emails, or texts. Constant dismissals of "you should get it soon", "we'll have someone call you tomorrow" , "this isn't our normal standard" and yet it's been happening for weeks. We give up and will just buy something else instead

I had a fantastic experience working with Elena Griffin and Jenna Sands. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and was always available to answer my questions. Her advice was practical, honest, and backed by a strong understanding of the market. What I appreciated most was that Elena Griffin set realistic expectations from the very beginning, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine support gave me confidence every step of the way... read more

Thank you for a smooth process in purchasing our property. The first meeting of Tom Coates at one of the many open houses, he was friendly, he remembered our names and was super helpful. Tom stood out from all other agents that we have met, he was hardworking , genuine and an excellent communicator. All staff at Carter and Co have been very efficient and easy to deal with and I would recommend them on your next property purchase.
