Absolutely terrible, we're trying to buy a property through them and they have done absolutely nothing. No response to calls, emails, or texts. Constant dismissals of "you should get it soon", "we'll have someone call you tomorrow" , "this isn't our normal standard" and yet it's been happening for weeks. We give up and will just buy something else instead
