We had our MDX serviced at Carter Acura of Lynnwood earlier this year. Khadeejah was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable! This high level of customer service will result in loyal, dedicated customers who will insist on making their car purchases from this dealership. Our hats are off to Khadeejah!
These people literally charge $1,200 an hour for labor to change a cabin air filter. Cost at this place=$110. Cost to do it yourself= $10 for great filter, 5 minutes or less on my own the first time. They told me a new serpentine belt was needed. Told me the cost would be about $1,700. Real cost was $2,800. I didn't do it. Make sure they tell you exactly what it will cost. Note: this place changed owners a year or two ago. Be careful.
Poor experience. People in service Just stand around and have no clue what they are doing. Overcharge like crazy. New people working don’t know how to do their jobs.
