After picking up my car from being fixed at a Ford dealership in Louisiana and already being 2 and a half hours on the way home to TN, I found out my car was in fact not fixed. I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. Worst service ever! I took my car here to just have a thermostat housing replaced, which I had that new part I brought up there, and I needed the ac recharged. They never once kept me updated on anything it was always me calling them to try to find out things. My car ran fine b4 I took it there. It just wanted to run hot here n there.
