They are incompetent, they claimed to have our Tranny leak repaired , and shortly after all the Transmisson fluid leaked out on the road and and burned our Transmission up! Car-Tec claimed it was not there responsibility ! Luckily we found a much less expensive and honest Auto repair shop on Hwy 62 right after the Snow,AR. sign near Pyatt , Arkansas. Stay clear of Car-Tec .
