I initially chose Cartech because they offered a loan car, and I had my car serviced there multiple times without issues. After having a baby, my need to occasionally reschedule appointments increased — always with due notice — but this was not well‑received by the service centre. I also appreciated having access to a loan car, but I’m not sure I would use it again as it didn’t appear to have basic modern safety features such as airbags.
These guys are so good, I drive from Adelaide to get the work done.
Unbelievable amazing service Jason and his team did my pink slip straight away and I was back on the road
I had my two tonne van booked in there last Thursday for a pink slip. Jason, Jack and the guys were exceptional. Their workshop is also very modern and clean. They were super busy, but they still managed to turn my vehicle around within a couple of hrs, as I was transiting through from Melbourne to Sydney. Well done guys, first class service 👏
Their service was truly impeccable! When my company car stalled and became undrivable at West End Plaza, I went straight to their workshop without calling ahead. Despite the unannounced visit, they welcomed me warmly and even sent a technician to retrieve the vehicle. The price was reasonable. I’m deeply grateful for their outstanding support. Thank you so much!
