J’ai reçu un soin capillaire en duo avec ma fille et nous avons tout simplement adoré l’expérience. Un moment de détente parfait, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et professionnelle. Nos cheveux sont magnifiques et on se sent vraiment chouchoutées. C’est certain que nous allons y retourner! C’est aussi une superbe idée de cadeau à offrir à quelqu’un qu’on aime. Disrespectful, unprofessional, poor customer service. I called this place twice as a tourist in the city to get an appointment. The person answered the call, and after speaking English, she/he hung up on me after 20 seconds. I called them back and the person who answered my call insisted that I have to speak French. I told them that I’m not from Quebec and I am a tourist in the city, but they refused and hung up on me. It was such a disappointing and frustrating experience.
