Booked a collection for my old car, was offered an amount that i accepted. I was told over the phone they'd be at mine with a tow truck within a one hour window the next day. Not only did they turn up 30+ minutes late when I had already taken the time off of work, but they turned up without a tow truck to take it. They then tried to low-ball me the original quote by 13%.
