Horrible horrible people answer the phones here. I got a phone call from them and I called back to see why. I have ordered multiple items from different companies and I wasn't sure which item this company was calling about. The old lady on the phone is so inredibly rude. She handed me off to a younger female voice and I started to schedule my delivery. They kept saying the item I ordered was a different bitem than what it was.
