I own a gas powered ez-go golf cart and have been using Doug to maintain my cart. He is the most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Doug sold my father two golf carts and my father has dementia. He even admitted that he could tell at the time that something was wrong. He offered to take them back that evening but, as his daughter, I did not have the authority at that time for this to happen. I contacted him two months later to see if he would by them back. He said he would not but he would try to help me sell them since I do not live in the area. He has now gone back on his word and will "not get involved."
