All I will say is this ,,, these blokes have done a brilliant job for us , and sorted a lot of other things out that others have not been able to , if they are tied up, I recommend you just wait for them, it will be done properly, you don't want an Herbert smashing ya gaff up do ya, patience is a vertue 👍 they are busy for a reason , quality work for sure ,

New bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, unbelievable problems during installation. Went to take a bath (when advised okay to use but pipes not connected water leaked through ceiling of kitchen). During installation of downstairs cloakroom when installing towel radiator they hit a water pipe which ruined downstairs carpet. Not to mention juniors trying to do some of their own plastering with tools in my garage, which are consequently now ruined. Now problems with a leaking? not properly installed shower unit.
