Would give minus stars if I could.Stated $16.50 would call with any extras. No notice of extra charges. Turned up tried to charge me $55 for nothing. SCOTT abused me. Never use this incompentant and unprofessional company. Their conduct is appalling. Very disrespectful and dishonest. Small amount but it’s the attitude that was unacceptable.
Travis is the best, most skilled, experienced and honest tech you’ll find in Launceston. My aircon broke on my Nissan X Trail and he worked through methodically on each component of the aircon system until he found the true underlying cause of the problem. He’s a great communicator and I really appreciate his work.
Massive thanks to the young bloke who helped me out with my old Nissan Maxima - car's headlight. He was a legend, got it done in minutes and was super efficient. He's going to make a top-notch mechanic one day!
