Incompetent staff across the board. Booked an MOT in with Evan Halshaw at the Warrington branch which it then failed on, not an issue. When asked how much it would be to fix it, Matt on the front desk stated "it's £150 just to look at it" what do you mean look at it? They've just looked at it to fail it. Took my car away to another garage to get it fixed there at a more reasonable price. Terrible aftercare, dont answer the phones or emails. If you have a choice go elsewhere
Honestly nice people when dealing with them (service). But FFS answer the phone. It just rings and rings and never gets answered, you have no idea if you 100th in a queue or next or indeed if anyone as actual working. Ring ring ring....give up.
