absolutely awful service from start to finish. my car was delivered In an unbelievably disgusting state, stained seats, moldy food, sticky sweets, previous persons belongings in there, holes in the footwell that they tried to cover with mats, faulty hand brake, broken key, warning lights and more, they took the car and provided loan car which they then took back and replaced with another that I could not drive due to it having bucket seats and me having joint/back problems I could not use. every time I tried to phone the off... read more
Travelled down from Scotland for a car and must say it was first class service! Only took 2 days from seeing the car I wanted to driving it away. Ria was so helpful and did well to put up with my constant phone calls! Jamal couldn't have been a better help when we got there. Thanks to you both Just a little update...where the service was impeccable before we bought the car and on the day....after care was atrocious...it was a case of they had my money and we were on our own with issues...

James is a credit to the company and I would happily deal with him again. He unfortunately was handed over the sale for me to complete and nothing that was promised was completed, not shying away he had the MOT, Valet and the fuel put into the car. He's been genuinely interested in me as a customer and put me at ease buying the car even purchased the extra warranty without the hassle of push sales. Really happy with the car and the sale.
