Greatest experience ever! Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carstens, Love the fact that he explains it all- the good and the bad! Glad I didn't follow any of the advice here, and just decided to follow in my 3 sisters and mother's advice-patients of Dr. C for the past 20 years. He is GREAT!
The worst customer service by far, the girls he hires are uneducated and not professional at all . I cant believe how obvious it is he pay them minimum wage. I arrived on time to my appointment and 1 hour and 15 min latter still waiting. This is ridiculous! !!! Never coming back here.
receptionist needs to go back to 4D or wherever she graduated from but the Dr. is a nice man and delivered my daughter.. was a great Dr.!
