I wish there was a 0star because Tom knowingly (allegedly) sold me a car that he said was safetied but would never have passed with the issues it had. There were issues with the car and when I tried to contact Tom multiple times he ignored me and wouldn’t return any communication. He took advantage of me and my situation and put me in an unsafe car.
