Outstanding customer service. Had a major time consuming repair. Recently moved to area but had used same facility 20 years ago when Grover had the establishment and received outstanding service then. Took a chance, estimate was reasonable with detailed explanations of what was required, timeline given. Two days prior to date of completion my son asked to borrow truck. We are from Maine and were staying at a hotel in Flat Rock for our son's wedding. We had a gas line leak, and we called mechanics in the area and they all said it would be the next week before they would even look at it. We were praying for an answer, and called CarStarz, and they said to come in right then! They found the problem within minutes and gave all 6 of us a ride back to our hotel!
