The staff was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful every time I had questions. CarStar worked with me and my car amazingly. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they did great work, and my car looks amazing. It came back to me cleaned and detailed after only 4 days of being worked on. We’d been hit and run by a drunk driver, and my car needed its back end fixed up. They were able to very quickly and efficiently work with my insurance (the drunk driver, once tracked down, was found to be uninsured…shocker, right?).
