10/10 service! The guys at the shop miscommunicated and worked on something I hadn’t authorized and they took the blame and only charged me the initial inspection quote. They even took the time to detail my car and repaired other interior things not included in the initial scope of work, all while not making money on the job. I will absolutely be returning if I need any other body work!
We were involved in a hit and run that resulted in the damage to our front left fender. I submitted the claim to my insurance and contacted CARSTAR. From there they handled it all for me. They fixed my car quickly and had great communication throughout it all. I got my car back in perfect condition. The people working there were very kind and attentive. They made this a stress free process and for that I am immensely grateful.
