Well i broke my bumper during a snow storm, but i dont remember the month. They were all spring ordering thr parts. 3 weeks booking me an appointment, and still i only got one because the insurance company called them to see whats taking so long. And they said it would take 4 days to fix it but ended up taking a week. Im just lucky it wss only a bumper and i was still able to drive my car. So my car didnt get fixed until mid june. Took our vehicle in after a minor incident with a small animal and the team looked right after us. They helped us through the insurance process and got our car looking brand new. Very pleased with the updates and communication throughout the whole process.
Would HIGHLY recommend going anywheres But CAR STAR WOODSTOCK. My husband and I took our truck in there to fix our front bumper and one headlight .. steering wheel now has scratches all over it, seals to our doors were left just hanging, door handle was not put back in properly, basically pulled it out when we tried to open door. Way more issues after we got it back than when we took it there! We will never take another vehicle back there again!
