They were transparent, empathetic, friendly, and they did a great, quality job fixing a couple rust blemishes on my car at a handle and on rear quarter panel. There was a spot that was worse than it appeared at first inspection (partially hidden by fender flare), and they fixed it beautifully while they tried their best to minimize what would be an understandable price increase. The first time Carstar repaired my truck, they did a good job but that was at a different location than Woodstock. A deer had struck the front quarter and bounced back to hit the rear passenger door and cab tower as well. They did a great job on the original repair. Someone backed into me and hit my truck on the same rear passenger door. It buckled the rocker panel, the door frame and broke the repairs done to the rear passenger cab tower that had been repaired in the first deer accident.
