I dropped my car off to get an estimate and when I picked it up that afternoon they had my car torn apart and already started working on it. I did not give a permission for them to do this. I only wanted an estimate because I wasn’t sure when or if I would have the time to get the woolen done. Once I realized they had my car torn apart it was to late I felt like I was stuck and had to have them continue the work. They didn’t want to fix my car left it in worse condition some of the year down they did was unnecessary
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. After an accident, we brought our van here per recommendation by our insurance. Hoses weren't tighten, fluids were leaking, support and impact bars were still damaged, and the air intake bracket was still damaged. They kept our van for a week and we left with 1k still in damages. The communication was horrible. They pushed the estimated time back 4 times with us having to consistently call asking about our vehicle. We even had to get our insurance involved due to lack of communication. This... read more
