I am only Giving 1 Star because i cant give none. Where should i start. My Truck was brought into this facility November 22nd 2024. It was in a front end collision. The insurance gave the approval December 4. The Shop did not start working on the vehicle untill after the New year when they LIED to me and told me they did not get approval for the repairs until December 21st.
