Overall, a good experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment and getting the initial estimate was smooth and easy. Communication throughout the repair was great, and the work was done well. It took a bit longer than expected, but everything was completed without any issues. Lauren was always nice and helpful when I called, and Jason took the time to explain what was going on. Also appreciated getting the car back very clean. Solid service overall.
December 6, 2025 My auto is still at CARSTAR, I don't think I like the timing of this survey. I don't know how long it will take to get parts but my automobile has been at CARSTAR since Nov 13, 2025 and I was advised 10 to 14 days to repair. It's been 23 days and I was told it may be 2 - 3 more weeks. I'm not sure what protocol is with body shops as I don't make it a habit to give them business but an occasional call to narrow down the part delivery, completed ETA or any kind of extra effort would be nice.
