Absolutely thrilled with our experience with carstart, start to finish. They communicate well, reached out to our rental company for us to extend our rental while the repairs took longer than expected, so we were never without a vehicle. The work they did was very well done. We will use carstart again, happily.

Update: After posting this review Carstar Whitehorse reached out to me and arranged to honour the warranty and fix the tailgate. The repair was excellent and the tailgate looks perfect. They sandblast cleaned the surface rust and used a stronger filler than usual to ensure that the cracking won't happen again. On top of that, my 4Runner came back fully detailed. I had a dent in the tailgate of my 4Runner. It was repaired and looked pretty good. Less than a year later a large brown stain came up through paint. The owner was dismissive but the body shop guy took full responsibility and told me that was the result of the body fill not being mixed correctly. They repaired it. Again it looked great, but two years later the body fill has cracked and flaked off. Maybe I am mistaken, but I was under the impression that body work lasted longer than this.
