They made it easy from start to finish. Everything was explained. They fixed my vehicle exactly as needed and on time. The process of being provided a rental car (This was done via an ICBC claim through RoadStar) was great. I was picked up and dropped off by Enterprise at Max Collision. They did a fantastic job of returning my repaired vehicle cleaner than it's been, inside and out, in a long time lol. Yes I would recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks
Do your research before trusting this shop with your vehicle. I brought my car in for a fender bender repair and expected it to be fixed properly. However, after the repair, my car sat idle for several months since I work from home and don’t drive it often. When I finally took it in for an oil change, my mechanic noticed some serious issues. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and very knowledgeable… The adjuster was amazing, answered all my questions and told me what would happen… when I dropped my car off everything went smoothly, my reserved rental car was called and arrived in just a few minutes….
