I unfortunately had my vehicle totaled during an accident and subsequently had my vehicle taken here. I had the pleasure of interacting with some of the kindest and most agreeable employees. I would like to especially point out Isobell (correct me if I spelled it wrong) and Ryan for their help as they were just lovely throughout the whole experience. Would come back here if my car was totaled again.
I can’t say enough good things about CARSTAR. After my mom hit a deer and was so stressed about the damage to her car, they made the whole process so much easier. From the beginning they were kind, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. The communication was amazing and they really went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. Isobel and Ryan are the best. My car was in great hands. The were friendly, kind and explained everything to me. Car looks great. I would highly recommended Carstar. Oh and a special thanks to the car repair mechanics. Awesome job!!
They repaired my corolla and it looks better than the day i bought it. Amazing customer service. Their paint guy has to be a wizard because it’s better than the factory finish. When i picked it up it didn’t even look like my car it was so well done.
