The CARSTAR team was terrific to work with. They provided me with the steps to follow- a police report, an insurance claim, replace the child car seat and a car rental. My vehicle was hit hard and it was involved in a hit and run. Fortunately, my car was in a parking lot when it happened so there were no injuries.
