I had nothing but the best experience at this location. The staff and everyone helping me with repairs on my car were amazing, patient, and very friendly.
They did a great job on the repairs for my car, it's like brand new. Very kind and understanding customer service and kept me updated every week.
I was in a hit and run (sad face) and my insurance recommended/helped me book through CarStar in Welland. Great experience, friendly staff. They walked me through the whole process and provided updates. Pleasantly surprised that they guarantee their service for as long as you own the car! The person that hit me was unlicensed and uninsured (!!!) which was very upsetting, but I’m happy to have had a smooth and relaxing transition from drop off to pick up!
