Don’t know where to start 🤦♀️ first when I dropped off my vehicle they told me I’ll have it back next week which ended up being over a month. They don’t keep you updated while they have your vehicle. They called me the day it was ready and since I was out of town I had to pay extra for my rental cause the insurance company stop paying the rental. They gave me my truck not finished. Very bad experience. The truck we trusted them with ended up in worse conditions. When they tried taking the truck to get an estimate they ended up crashing it more while the tow truck was taking it in. Took forever to send over paperwork to the insurance company. I had to continue to bug them and even had to go to Carstar just for them to do their job. 0/10 recommend. They take way longer than it should, just to get money out of the insurance company. My car looks brand new after the repair in this body shop. Carlos is really professional and the guys are really good engineers. I totally recommend this place.
