In a city with so many options it’s often hard to know who to go to for honest car advice. St Clair Carstar had amazing reviews so I decided to go even though it wasn’t the closest Carstar. They gave sound advice along with different options, and unlike other car shops I’ve been with didn’t recommend the most expensive. Not since pre-2020 have I experienced a shop or store or company make something feel easy. My car was hit while parked and Carstar did the repair. I showed up, they were prepared for my appointment, they fixed the damage in very reasonable time, they communicated well, and when I was leaving, the pulled my car out for me and turned it around so I didn’t have to back into a busy street. Thank you Frank and team for not making this unexpected inconvenience more challenging than it needed to be.
