I was rear-ended in London and my insurance company recommended we go to Carstar. I hadn’t been here before but I read the reviews and they were great. I can see why. Car star honestly was more helpful that my insurance company. With offering to set up rental. And they kept an open line of communication with me. They did have my car for 2 weeks as they had to await the arrival of a part. During that time when I emailed Chrissy was very helpful answering all my questions. They did an amazing job on my car. Took an extreme amount of time to minimal damage. Nothing but the run around the entire time they had my vehicle. Told me things were repaired that were not. Absolutely ridiculous.
What a wonderful shop! They went well over and beyond to help me with this fix. After many struggles with head office, this branch stepped in to get the work done, and what an amazing job!!!!! The bodywork and detailing make the car look like it is new. Thank you Tillsonburg CARSTAR!
