They went above and beyond. Very helpful
Friendly and accommodating from the day I dropped my Lincoln off till the day I picked it up. They even told me to leave the rental there and they’d take care of it. The work is amazing, paint match is perfect, you’d never know it was hit. Thank you to everyone at CarStar Tillsonburg.

I was rear-ended in London and my insurance company recommended we go to Carstar. I hadn’t been here before but I read the reviews and they were great. I can see why. Car star honestly was more helpful that my insurance company. With offering to set up rental. And they kept an open line of communication with me. They did have my car for 2 weeks as they had to await the arrival of a part. During that time when I emailed Chrissy was very helpful answering all my questions. They did an amazing job on my car.
