I did not authorise any repairs above the ~$1,400 estimate you gave me and had me sign some document earlier saying ‘once the insurance company approves this, you will have to come back to sign it. Might as well sign it now’. I believed this and signed the document only to know that you inflated the numbers and sent it to the insurance company even though you were fully aware that this quote was going through insurance. Keith and his staff are amazing, we picked up our Cadillac today after it was in a collision. It was like brand new, thank you so much for the incredible work, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend Carstar Tilbury.
So far, the people there are great. I have seen jobs come from this shop and they were done very perfessionly. I am getting a box panel repainted on my truck on the first of November, so I will get back to you all. I now have my driver's side truck box fixed and painted, CARSTAR IN Tilbury did a great job, and I am more than pleased. I beekeepers they went above and beyond. The secretary is also an awesome young lady. Highly recommended by me.
